摘 要:近年来,全球金融科技和数字经济快速增长,商业银行尤其是中小银行利用数字化为支撑推动自身转型,以获得新环境下的竞争优势,已成为必然趋势。就目前的形势来看,我国银行机构的数字化水平在总体稳步发展的同时也存在较为明显的分层:与国有大行、股份制银行相比,中小银行面临诸多问题制约着数字化转型,转型进程相对缓慢,存在数字化转型边缘化的现象。通过南京银行和江南农村商业银行这两家在数字化转型方面表现亮眼的银行作为典型案例,对数字化转型的路径进行研究,以期为中小银行的数字化转型发展提供可行性的建议。In recent years,with the rapid growth of global financial technology and digital economy,it has become an inevitable trend for commercial banks,especially small and medium-sized banks,to use digitalization as support to promote their own transformation and gain competitive advantages in the new environment.In view of the current situation,the digitalization level of China's banking institutions is generally developing steadily,but there is also a relatively obvious stratification:compared with state-owned large banks and joint-stock banks,small and medium-sized banks are faced with many problems restricting the digital transformation,the transformation process is relatively slow,and there is a phenomenon of digital transformation marginalization.Bank of Nanjing and Jiangnan Rural Commercial Bank,two outstanding banks in digital transformation,are taken as typical cases to study the path of digital transformation,in order to provide feasible suggestions for the development of digital transformation of small and medium-sized banks.
