摘 要:为探讨高速铁路大坡道条件对接触网系统动静态特性的影响,建立接触网非线性有限元模型和受电弓三元归算质量模型,并基于相关标准验证模型的有效性;分析大坡道条件对接触网系统静态特性的影响,特别是对接触网中心锚结静态形变的影响;研究长大坡道对弓网动态特性的影响规律,并探讨长大坡道接触网优化措施。研究结果表明:长大坡道对接触网中心锚结静态形变影响较小,对弓网系统动态特性影响相对较大;运行速度250 km/h时,30‰坡度下的后弓接触力标准偏差比无坡度时增大26%;通过设置接触线预弛度可有效提高弓网受流性能,在大坡道区间采用0.3‰的预弛度时后弓接触力标准偏差降低10.9%。For discussion of the impacts to steep grade of high-speed railway on the dynamic and static characteristics of OCS,a nonlinear finite element model of OCS and a three-element reduction mass model of the pantograph are established,and the effectiveness of the model is verified based on relevant standards.The analysis is made for the impacts to the large steep conditions on the static characteristics of OCS,especially on the static deformation of the midpoint anchor of OCS.The study is made for the impacts to the long steep grade on the dynamic characteristics of pantographs and OCS,and exploration is made for the optimization measures for OCS on the steep grade section.The research results indicate that the impacts to the long steep grade on the static deformation of the mid-point anchor of OCS is relatively small,while the impacts to the dynamic characteristics of the pantograph system is relatively large.Under an operating speed of 250 km/h,compared with the contact force of rear pantograph operating in a section without a grade,the standard deviation of the contact force of rear pantograph under a section with a grade of 30‰is increased by 26%.By setting a pre-sag on the contact wire,the current collection performance of the pantograph can be effectively improved.After setting a pre-sag of 0.3‰in the large steep grade section,the standard deviation of contact force of the rear pantograph is reduced by 10.9%.
