摘 要:文章首先分析了智能语音与传统实体产业加速融合发展的背景下,AIoT语音软件项目群管理对软件团队复合开发技能定量评价的需求;然后借鉴工作分解结构法,对AIoT语音软件工程的功能类与功能点及技能需求进行梳理、归纳;最后在前人技能评价成果基础上,以优化项目交付能力为导向,选择评价指标并构建评价体系。基于模糊综合评价法,对团队内软件工程师所掌握的各软件开发技能熟练度进行刻画与定量评价,其结果具有参考意义,可为考虑柔性技能的软件项目群人力资源调配提供支撑。The article analyzes the demand for quantitative evaluation of composite development skills of software teams in AIoT voice software project management under the background of accelerating the integration and development of intelligent voice and traditional physical industries;Then,drawing on the work breakdown structure method,the functional categories,points,and skill requirements of AIoT voice software engineering are sorted and summarized;Finally,based on the previous skill evaluation results,an evaluation system was constructed with the optimization of project delivery capability as the guide.The proficiency of various software development skills mastered by software engineers in the team was characterized and quantitatively evaluated using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results have reference significance and can provide support for human resource allocation in software project groups considering flexible skills.
