摘　　要：目的:旨在探索游戏化理论介入服务系统的路径,分析、归纳、总结出游戏化应用在社区共享厨房服务系统中的创新策略。方法:对社区共享厨房的现有模式和发展趋势进行梳理,总结当前社区共享厨房的不足之处,并结合游戏化理论在服务设计领域应用的特征和方法,关注服务系统的人、物、场景,提出社区共享厨房服务模式在“打造线上平台”、“加强社群互动”、“融合功能服务”三个方向的设计介入点,并且进一步探索模式创新的策略。结果:从用户的需求层次和行为逻辑出发,以游戏化思维和服务设计框架为基础,共同演绎出社区共享厨房的游戏化构建策略。结论:将游戏化思维引入社区共享厨房服务设计,构建增强用户参与兴趣和体验感的游戏化服务模式,发展服务设计与游戏化思维研究结合的深度和广度,为后续设计实践提供理论支撑。Objective:This paper aims to explore the way of gamification theory involved in the service system,analyze,and summarize the innovation strategy of gamification application in the community shared kitchen service system.Method:The existing models and development trends of community shared kitchen were sorted out,and the shortcomings of the current community shared kitchen were summarized.Combined with the characteristics and methods of gamification theory applied in the field of service design,the people,objects and scenes of the service system were concerned.The design intervention points of the community shared kitchen service model in three directions of“creating an online platform”,“strengthening community interaction”and“integrating functional services”are proposed,and the strategy of model innovation is further explored.Results:Starting from the user’s demand level and behavior logic,based on the gamification thinking and service design framework,the gamification construction strategy of community shared kitchen is deduced.Conclusion:This paper introduces gamification thinking into the community shared kitchen service design,builds a gamification service model that enhances users’participation interest and experience,develops the depth and breadth of the combination of service design and gamification thinking research,and provides theoretical support for subsequent design practice.
