摘 要:目的探讨融合课程思政的混合式教学在内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取某校2019级、2020级204名五年制高职护理专业学生为研究对象,以年级为单位进行分组,对照组100名,观察组104名。对照组实施传统教学模式,观察组采用融合课程思政的混合式教学,将思政教育融入课前线上导学、课中线下研学、课后线上线下拓学,比较两组实施后学生成绩及职业素养得分,观察有无显著性差异。结果教学实施后,观察组学生内科护理学习成绩及职业素养评分均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),观察组学生对融合课程思政的混合式教学满意度为91.35%。结论融合课程思政的混合式教学有助于提高学生学习效果和职业素养,获得了较高的学生认可度。Objective To explore the application effect of blended teaching combined with ideological and political in internal medical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 204 five-year higher vocational college nursing students of grade 2019 and 2020 were selected as teaching objects,and then they were divided into two groups by grade,with 100 students in the control group and 104 students in the observation group.The control group was taught to use general nursing teaching method,while the observation group was taught to utilize blended teaching combined with ideological and political,integrate ideological and political education into online orientation before classes,offline study during classes,and online and offline learning after classes.The differences in academic performance and professional quality between the two groups after the implementation were compared.Results After the course,the academic performance and professional quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05),the satisfaction of students in observation group that taught by blended teaching combined with ideological and political were 91.35%.Conclusion The blended teaching combined with ideological and political in medical nursing is helpful to students'learning effect and professionalism,it has highly recognized by the students.
