摘　　要：乳制品废水为高浓度有机废水,产生量大且较难处理,对生态环境造成了不良影响。分析了乳制品废水来源、成分、水质特点及其对生态环境的影响,总结了近年来国内外乳制品废水处理方法,旨在为处理乳制品废水提供参考。Dairy wastewater is a kind of high concentration organic wastewater,which is produced in large quantity and difficult to be treated.The source,composition,water quality and its effect on ecological environment of dairy wastewater are analyzed,and the treatment methods of dairy wastewater at home and abroad in recent years are summarized,in order to provide reference for dairy wastewater treatment.
