摘  要:目的:分析3D打印个体化穿刺导板在3例骨肿瘤经皮穿刺活检中的运用效果。方法:纳入2021年1月~2023年12月吉林省通化市中心医院收治的3例骨肿瘤经皮穿刺活检患者为观察对象,对其实施3D打印个体化穿刺导板进行活检,分析3例患者临床相关数据。结果:3例骨盆肿瘤患者均一次取病理成功,未出现穿刺针孔不愈合、穿刺周围血肿及种植转移发生情况。结论:使用3D打印个体化穿刺导板在骨肿瘤经皮穿刺活检中具有较高的成功率,并能够有效地减少并发症的发生。Objective:To analyze the application effect of 3D printing personalized puncture guide in percutaneous puncture biopsy of 3 cases of bone tumors.Methods:3 patients with percutaneous bone tumor biopsy admitted to Tonghua City Central Hospital,Jilin Province hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were analyzed,and 3D printing personalized puncture guide was applied for biopsy,and the clinical data of 3 patients were analyzed.Results:All the 3 patients with pelvic tumor were pathologically successful,and there were no needle nonunion,hematoma around puncture and implantation metastasis.Conclusion:The use of 3D printing personalized puncture guide has a high success rate in percutaneous biopsy of bone tumors,and can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications.
