体检人群电子胃镜检查结果统计分析及经验分析

摘　　要：目的:分析体检人群电子胃镜检查结果统计与经验。方法:抽选自2021年2月~2023年3月厦门大学附属中山医院健康医学部健康体检者行电子胃镜检查人群881例,回顾性分析受检人群行电子胃镜检查结果。结果:电子胃镜检查结果显示在881例体检人群中,患有上消化道疾病者为513例,其中慢性萎缩性胃炎者为209例、浅表性胃炎者为102例、胃息肉者为72例、胃溃疡者为66例、十二指肠溃疡者为45例、胃癌19例;其中男性63.16%疾病检出率显著高于女性的52.15%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;其中老年群组疾病检出率83.28%高于中年与青年组的61.08%,29.23%,青中年检出率为29.23%、257例中老年检出率为61.08%、323例老年人检出率为83.28%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:厦门大学附属中山医院健康医学部体检人群中,男性各疾病的发病率略高于女性,其中≥60岁人群的疾病检出率明显增加;可见进行胃镜的881例体检人群中,特别是≥45岁、≥60岁年龄阶段为疾病高发段,因此对上消化道疾病的预防、早发现早治疗有重要的临床意义。Objective:To analyze the statistics and experience of electronic gastroscopy examination results among the population undergoing physical examination.Methods:A total of 881 individuals who underwent electronic gastroscopy examination at the Health Medical Department of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected,and the results of electronic gastroscopy examination were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The results of electronic gastroscopy showed that among the 881 physical examination people,there were 513 cases with upper gastrointestinal diseases,including 209 cases with chronic atrophic gastritis,102 cases with superficial gastritis,72 cases with gastric polyps,66 cases with gastric ulcer,45 cases with duodenal ulcer and 19 cases with gastric cancer.Among them,the disease detection rate of 63.16%in men was significantly higher than that of 52.15%in women,with statistical significance P<0.05.Among them,the detection rate of diseases in the elderly group was 83.28%higher than that in the middle-aged and young groups 61.08%,29.23%,and the detection rate of young and middle-aged people was 29.23%,the detection rate of 257 middle-aged and elderly people was 61.08%,and the detection rate of 323 elderly people was 83.28%,with statistical significance P<0.05.Conclusion:The incidence rate of various diseases in males is slightly higher than that in females among the population examined by the Health Medical Department of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University and the detection rate of diseases in the population≥60 years old is significantly increased;It can be seen that among the 881 individuals who underwent gastroscopy,especially those aged≥45 and≥60,the disease is at a high incidence stage.Therefore,the prevention,early detection,and early treatment of upper gastrointestinal diseases have important clinical significance.
