摘  要:目的:分析在子宫腺肌瘤治疗中采取高强度聚焦超声治疗的临床疗效及对子宫腺肌瘤体积、瘤体内血流变化的影响。方法:将2022年1月~2023年12月本院收治的子宫腺肌瘤患者66例作为本次观察对象,以随机数字表法分组,观察组33例采取高强度聚焦超声,对照组33例采取常规治疗,比较两组治疗后临床疗效,分析两组治疗前后瘤体体积、瘤体直径大小、血流信号改变[血管化指数(VI)、血流指数(FI)、血管化血流指数(VFI)]。结果:观察组与对照组比较治疗后临床疗效可见,观察组高于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者比较瘤体体积、瘤体直径大小、血流信号改变水平可见差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组与对照组治疗后比较上述各项指标改善情况可见,前者改善优于后者,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫腺肌瘤治疗中采取高强度聚焦超声治疗可提高疾病治疗效果,较常规治疗措施更能降低子宫腺肌瘤瘤体体积与直径,改善瘤体内血流状态,有助于治疗后康复。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of high-intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of uterine adenomyoma,and the influence on the volume of uterine adenomyoma and the changes of blood flow in the tumor.Methods:A total of 66 patients with adenomyoma treated in our hospital in recent years(From January 2022 to December 2023)were selected as the objects of this study.They were divided by random number table method.33 patients in the observation group received high-intensity focused ultrasound and 33 patients in the control group received conventional treatment.The changes of tumor volume,tumor diameter and blood flow signal[vascularization index(VI),blood flow index(FI)and vascularization blood flow index(VFI)]before and after treatment were analyzed.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in tumor volume,tumor diameter and blood flow signal change level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of the above indicators between the observation group and the control group was better than that of the latter,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using high-intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of adenomyoma can improve the therapeutic effect of the disease,reduce the volume and diameter of adenomyoma tumor more than conventional treatment,improve the blood flow status in the tumor,and contribute to the rehabilitation after treatment.
