摘  要:关系主义教育治理模式是指以关系为逻辑原点,通过价值转向、制度重构、权力分配、资源和社会网络支撑等形式,塑造各治理主体关系均衡的教育治理场域,培育良序的教育治理生态,最终实现教育治理效能的提升。其优点包括:从有界到无界,注重破除社团、共同体等有界实体的观念,强调开放式的关系治理;从小系统到大生态,强调培育关系型价值、制度、行动为一体的关系治理生态;从不平衡到平衡,重视理清关系教育治理主体的内部权力架构,维持治理场域的关系均衡状态。关系主义教育治理路径包括:破除教育治理场域各类有界壁垒,致力解决政府教育治理缺位问题;研判各种教育事务的强弱关系,推动解决治理越位问题;理顺治理场域的权力分配机制,维持治理场域的均衡关系,调动各类主体参与治理的积极性,尽力解决治理失灵问题。The relational educational governance model refers to taking the relationship as the logical origin,shaping the educational governance field with balanced relationship through the forms of value transformation,system reconstruction,power distribution,resources and social network support,cultivating a well ordered relational educational governance ecology,and finally improving the efficiency of educational governance.Its advantages include:from bounded to unbounded,focusing on breaking the concept of bounded entities such as associations and communities,and emphasizing open relationship governance;From small system to large ecology,it emphasizes the cultivation of relationship governance ecology integrating relationship value,system and action;From imbalance to balance,we should pay attention to clarifying the internal power structure of the subject of educational governance and maintain the relationship balance in the governance field.The approaches of relational education governance include:breaking down all kinds of bounded barriers in the field of education governance and striving to solve the problem of the absence of government education governance;Study and judge the strong and weak relationship of various educational affairs,and promote the solution of the problem of offside governance;Straighten out the power distribution mechanism of the governance field,maintain the balanced relationship of the governance field,mobilize the enthusiasm of various subjects to participate in governance,and try their best to solve the problem of governance failure.
