摘　　要：肺癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤,也是恶性肿瘤导致死亡的最常见病因。肺癌的早期诊断和治疗对于提高预后和延长患者生命至关重要,筛选其敏感性和特异性高的生物标志物,以期寻找早期诊断方法和治疗靶点迫在眉睫。晚期糖基化终末产物受体(receptor for advanced glycation end products,RAGE)是一种跨膜的多配体信号转导受体,属于免疫球蛋白超家族成员,与其配体结合可启动一系列信号通路,从而参与肿瘤、炎症、糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化及神经退行性疾病的病理过程。本文就RAGE与肺癌的研究进展进行综述,以期为肺癌的早期诊断和治疗提供新的思路。Lung cancer is the most common malignancy worldwide and the most common cause of death.The early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer is essential for improving prognosis and prolonging survival cycle,and it is urgent to screen biomarkers with high sensitivity and specificity in order to find early diagnosis methods and therapeutic targets.Receptor for advanced glycation end products(RAGE)is a multi-ligand transmembrane signal transduction receptor,belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily.Upon binding with its ligands,it activates a series of signaling pathways that are involved in the pathological processes of cancer,inflammation,diabetes,atherosclerosis,and neurodegenerative diseases.This article reviews the research progress of RACE and lung cancer in order to provide new ideas for the early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
