摘  要:礁膜(Monostroma nitidum)营养丰富,食药用价值高,目前我国尚未对其进行有效开发利用。实验从浙江沿海地区天然生长的礁膜藻体中提取多糖,进行成分分析,研究多糖硫酸基含量对抑制透明质酸酶活性的影响,为礁膜在化妆品及保健食品领域的开发提供理论依据。通过对提取物总糖含量、糖醛酸含量、硫酸基含量、灰分含量、IR等进行分析,确定提取物为硫酸鼠李糖(rhamnan sulfate)。不同处理法提取的硫酸鼠李糖分子量由高到低的次序排列依次为酶处理法、加热后酶处理法和酸处理法,尽管收率和分子量存在差异,但所得多糖结构相同。硫酸鼠李糖抑制透明质酸酶活性的程度取决于硫酸基含量。Monostroma nitidum is nutrient-rich with significant culinary and medicinal value.To date,there has been no effective exploitation and utilization of monostroma nitidum in China.In this study,the component analysis was conducted on the polysaccharides extracted from naturally growing monostroma nitidum algae along the coast of Zhejiang Province,and the impact of polysaccharides sulfate content on hyaluronidase-inhibitory activity was investigated,thus providing a theoretical foundation for the development of monostroma nitidum in the fields of cosmetics and health food.The extract was identified as rhamnan sulfate through the analysis of sugars content,uronic acid content,sulfate content,ash content,IR and so on.According to the molecular weight of rhamnan sulfate extracted ranking from the highest to the lowest,the used methods listed in turn as follows:enzymatic treatment,heat treatment followed by enzaymatic treatment,and hydrochloric acid treatment.Although there were differences in yield and molecular weight,the structure of the polysaccharides acquired was found to be consistent.The degree of rhamnan sulfate hyaluronidase-inhibitory activity was subject to the sulfate content.
