摘　　要：随着ChatGPT为代表的人工智能技术的迅速发展,财务行业智能化和数字化转型升级需求日益迫切。研究从核算型、管理型、战略型三个层面分析ChatGPT对智能财务框架体系的影响,探讨其在数据处理、咨询服务、财务决策、财务分析、战略规划、内部控制等环节中的应用场景,并针对其存在的风险挑战提出应对策略,进而助力财务智能化和企业数字化转型。With the vigorous development of artificial intelligence technology represented by ChatGPT,the need for intelligent and digital transformation and upgrading of the financial industry is becoming increasingly urgent.This paper analyzes the impact of ChatGPT on intelligent financial framework from the three levels of accounting,management and strategy,discusses its application scenarios in data processing,consulting services,financial decision-making,financial analysis,strategic planning,internal control and other links,and proposes practical countermeasures to the existing risks and challenges,so as to help financial intelligence and enterprise digital transformation.
