摘　　要：系统介绍了材料世界中的“全能冠军”——氮化硅的结构与性质、主要制备方法和主要应用领域,有助于帮助师生深度理解教材,拓展学科视野,丰富化学学习资源。This paper systematically introduces the structure,properties,main preparation and main application fields of silicon nitride,which is the"all-round champion"in the material world.It is helpful for teachers and students to deeply understand teaching materials,expand their subject horizons and enrich chemistry learning resources.
