摘  要:以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能为解决商务英语专业教学缺乏语言环境、反馈效率低和教学内容陈旧等困境提供了新的思路,亟需验证人工智能生成内容的易读性问题。易读性评估立足于商务英语专业课程开展,通过设计教学主题和提示语,输入ChatGPT生成教学语料后使用Python语言和Pycharm软件进行Flesch、Dale-Chall和McAlpine EFLAW易读性分析,可评估ChatGPT应用于教学内容设计的可行性。研究表明,ChatGPT生成内容难度略高于目标读者水平,符合规范语言的要求。学生反馈实验平均分趋近常模,实际应用难度适中,生成式人工智能应用于商务英语教学内容设计具有较高的可行性,但仍需克服内容重复率高、模型训练和人工审阅投入高等问题。The generative artificial intelligence represented by ChatGPT provides a new way for solving the difficulties of lack of language environment,low feedback efficiency,and outdated teaching content in Business English teaching.It is urgent to verify the readability of artificial intelligence-generated content(AIGC).Readability assessment is based on the curriculum of Business English majors.By designing teaching themes and prompts,inputting ChatGPT-generated teaching corpus,and using Python language and Pycharm software for Flesch,Dale-Chall,and McAlpine EFLAW readability analysis,the feasibility of ChatGPT in teaching content design can be evaluated.Research shows that the difficulty of ChatGPT-generated content is slightly higher than the target reader's level,which meets the requirements of standard language.The average score of student feedback experiments is close to the norm,and the practical application difficulty is moderate.The application of generative artificial intelligence in Business English teaching content design has high feasibility,but there are still problems to overcome,such as high content repetition rate,high model training and manual review input.
