摘  要:数字经济时代背景下,提升大学生数字素养可以帮助其更好地应对数字化社会的机遇和挑战,也是人才转型的重要举措。文章通过分析高职商科专业人才培养的特殊性、人才培养方式的认知偏差和教师队伍培养方式单一等现实困境,从数字素养课程设置、专业教师队伍建设、构建数字化的学习环境和强化学生自主学习能力等方面给出建议。In the context of the digital economy era,enhancing the digital literacy of college students can help them better cope with the opportunities and challenges of the digital society,and is also an important measure for talent transformation.The article analyzes the particularity of talent cultivation in vocational business majors,cognitive biases in talent cultivation methods,and the practical difficulties of single teacher training methods.Suggestions are provided from the aspects of digital literacy curriculum design,professional teacher team construction,building a digital learning environment,and strengthening students'self-learning ability.
