摘  要:“统筹职业教育、高等教育、继续教育协同创新”是党中央加快建设高质量教育体系的重要决策部署,也是推动成人教育发展的必然选择。但就现阶段的实际情况而言,成人教育发展仍然面临着认知性困境、结构性困境和保障性困境,限制着其教育质量的提升。因此,文章分析了基于“三教”协同创新的成人教育发展要点,并有针对性地提出优化方法,从理念再生上创设文化氛围、从结构再造上形成良好生态、从制度再立上架构保障体系,以促进成人教育的高质量、可持续发展。The coordinated innovation of vocational education,higher education,and continuing education is an important decision and deployment of the Party Central Committee to accelerate the construction of a high-quality education system,and it is also an inevitable choice to promote the development of adult education.However,in the current situation,the development of adult education still faces cognitive,structural,and guarantee difficulties,which limit the improvement of its educational quality.Therefore,the article analyzes the key points of adult education development based on the collaborative innovation of"three teachings",and proposes targeted optimization methods to create a cultural atmosphere from the perspective of concept regeneration,form a good ecology from the perspective of structural reconstruction,and establish a structural guarantee system from the perspective of institutional framework,in order to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of adult education.
