摘  要:随着轨道交通装备行业智能升级,创新人才需求明显提高,生产实习作为实践教学的重要环节,是高校育人目标对接社会人才需求的必要途径。传统教学模式难以适应新背景,在媒介、形式、评价等方面欠缺普适性与针对性。为此,基于生产实习教学实际,提出一种虚实交互的混合教学模式,依托新媒体技术,联动多场景虚拟基地、多区域现实基地,提出延续性强、覆盖面广、稳定性高的5G时代实践教学新方案。实践证明,该方案育人成效更佳,为生产实习教学改革提供了新思路。With the intelligent upgrading of the rail transit equipment industry,the demand for innovative talents has increased significantly.Production practice,as an important link in practical teaching,is a necessary way for colleges and universities to meet the needs of social talents.The traditional teaching mode is difficult to adapt to the new background,and lacks of universality and pertinence in the aspects of media,form and evaluation.Therefore,based on the actual production practice teaching,this paper proposes a hybrid teaching model with virtual and real interaction.By relying on new media technology,it links multi-scene virtual bases and multiregional reality bases,and proposes a new practical teaching scheme in the 5G era with strong continuity,wide coverage and high stability.Practice has proved that this method has better effect in educating students and provides a new idea for the reform of production practice teaching.
