党建引领“一站式”学生社区育人模式研究

摘　　要：“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式作为新时代高校人才培养的重要改革方向和要求,坚持党建引领学生社区建设,是高校加强党建的历史必然,是适应人才培养模式改革的现实要求,也是创新思想政治教育工作模式的有效载体。通过对试点高校“一站式”学生社区建设的实践观察,探析组织引领、资源引领、文化引领、技术引领等作用机理,提出构建价值引领—组织下沉—资源整合—文化浸润—技术推动“五位一体”的育人模式,充分激活“一站式”学生社区育人功能,全面提升人才培养质效。As an important reform direction and requirement of talent training in colleges and universities in the new era,“one-stop”student community comprehensive management mode,which insists on the Party building leads student community construction,is the necessary historical result of strengthening the Party building in colleges,the realistic requirement of adapting to talent training mode transformation,and the effective carrier of innovating theoretical and political education.Based on the practical observation of“one-stop”student community construction in pilot colleges and universities,this paper explores the mechanism of organization leading,resource leading,culture leading and technology leading,and proposes to construct the“five-in-one”education mode of value leading-organization sinking-resource integration-cultural infiltration-technology promotion,fully activate the education function of“one-stop”student community,and comprehensively improve the quality and effectiveness of talent training.
