摘　　要：当前尽管数字化技术带来了诸多效益,但企业管理也面临着技术难题和人员培训等挑战。文章主要探讨了企业精细化管理的概念、原理及其应用,以及数字化技术与精细化管理的关联;首先,介绍了精细化管理的定义、原理和效益,然后讨论了数字化技术的定义、发展趋势以及其对精细化管理的促进作用;其次,以傲基电商公司为例,分析了该公司在精细化管理方面的挑战和需求,并提出了引入数字化技术的目标和策略;最后,通过具体的应用案例,展示了数字化技术在生产流程优化、资源管理和质量控制等方面的应用效果。Although digital technology brings many benefits,enterprise management also faces challenges such as technical problems and personnel training.This paper mainly discusses the concept,principle and application of enterprise lean management,as well as the connection between digital technology and lean management.First,the definition,principle and benefits of lean management are introduced,then the definition,development trend of digital technology and its promotion to lean management are discussed.Next,taking Aoji e-commerce company as an example,the company analyzes the challenges and needs of the company in lean management,puts forward the goals and strategies of introducing digital technology.Finally,the paper shows the application effect of digital technology in the aspects of production process optimization,resource management and quality control through specific application cases.
