菝葜的化学成分及药用价值研究进展

摘　　要：菝葜来源于百合科植物菝葜(Smilax China L.)的干燥根茎,含有丰富的甾体皂苷、黄酮、苯丙烷类和芪类等成分,以利湿去浊、祛风除痹,解毒散瘀的功效为人所知。菝葜具有较好的抗炎、调节糖脂代谢、抗氧化等生物活性,具有很高的药用价值。本文通过查阅近年来相关文献,对菝葜的化学成分及药理作用进行了系统的阐述,为菝葜在药品开发和利用中提供了充足的理论依据,以期进一步推动中药菝葜产业的健康、稳定、可持续发展。Smilacis chinae rhizoma,from the dried rhizome of Smilax china L.,is rich in steroidal saponins,flavonoids,phenylpropanes and astragalus,etc.It is known for its effects of promoting dampness and removing turbidity,dispelling wind and paralysis,detoxifying and dissipating blood stasis.Modern studies have shown that Smilax china L.possess potent anti-inflammatory,glycolipid metabolism-regulating,and antioxidant bioactivities.By reviewing the relevant literature in recent years,the paper elaborated systematically the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Smilax china L.,which provides sufficient theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Smilax china L.in pharmaceutical development,with a view to further promoting the healthy,stable and sustainable development of the Chinese medicine Smilax china L.industry.
