摘 要:产教融合是职业教育高质量发展的核心环节,是职业院校高质量发展的内在动力,是企业参与职业教育发挥主体作用的有效途径,是教育链、人才链、产业链、创新链、创业链的结合点。随着当前职业教育的深入发展,产教融合已然成为教育变革的必然趋势,成为职业院校人才培养的实践渠道,取得了一定的发展成果,但仍存在着阻碍其深度发展的堵点问题。针对职业院校产教融合发展的现状,创建了“六步走”实践发展路径,以提升职业院校产教融合的发展质效。Integration of industry and education is the core link of high-quality development of vocational education,the internal power of high-quality development of vocational colleges,the effective way for enterprises to participate in vocational education and play the main role,and the combination point of education chain,talent chain,industry chain,innovation chain and entrepreneurship chain.In view of the current in-depth development of vocational education,the integration of industry and education has become an inevitable trend of educational reform,a practical channel for talent training in vocational colleges,and has also achieved certain development.However,there are still core problems hindering its in-depth development.Aiming at the current situation of the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges,we have created a“six-step”innovative practice path to improve the long-term effect of the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges.
