摘　　要：以江门职业技术学院旅游管理专业对1+X证书教育教学改革探索为主要研究对象,介绍了1+X证书制度实施的背景,分析了旅游管理专业1+X证书教学改革现状,包括旅游类1+X证书的选择,以及总结出1+X证书试点建设“四阶段”循环式的实施机制与建设成效。针对目前1+X证书教育教学改革过程中存在的问题进行了深入的分析与探讨,并针对问题分别从人才培养模式改革、“三教”改革以及校企合作三个方面提出针对性的建议。This paper takes the exploration of 1+X certificate education and teaching reform of Jiangmen Polytechnic Tourism Management as the main research object,introduces the background of the implementation of the 1+X certificate system,and analyzes the current situation of 1+X certificate teaching reform for tourism management,including the selection of 1+X certificates,and the“four-stage”circular implementation mechanism and construction results of the 1+X certificate pilot construction.In-depth analysis and discussion on the problems existing in the current 1+X certificate education and teaching reform process are conducted,and targeted suggestions for the problems are put forward from three aspects:talent training model reform,reform of teaching materials,teachers and teaching methods,and school-enterprise cooperation.
