摘 要:基于生态系统的海岸带管理分区是约束和引导海岸带开发保护的重要工具,对建设海岸带生态安全屏障、推动海洋高质量发展具有重要意义。论文以宁波市为例,以海湾为基本单元设计分区模型,建立生态系统服务和生态系统质量评价指标体系与方法,运用耦合协调度模型评估两者协调性并划定管理区。结果表明:三门湾耦合协调度0.80,为巩固发展区,以优化产业结构为主;象山湾耦合协调度0.72,为集中恢复区,以自然恢复生态系统为主;杭州湾耦合协调度0.58,为重点治理区,采用“人工+自然”方式整治修复生态系统。Ecosystem-based coastal management zoning is an important tool to constrain and guide coastal zone development and protection,and is of great significance to the construction of coastal zone ecological safety barrier and the promotion of high-quality marine development.This paper takes Ningbo City as an example,designs a zoning model with the bay as the basic unit,establishes the index system and method of ecosystem service and ecosystem quality evaluation,uses the coupling coordination degree model to evaluate their coordination,and delineates the management area.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of Sanmen Bay is 0.80,which is a consolidation and development area and it mainly focuses on optimizing the industrial structure;Xiangshan Bay coupling coordination degree is 0.72,as a centralized restoration area,it mainly focuses on natural restoration ecosystem;Hangzhou Bay coupling coordination degree is 0.58,as a key control area,the“artificial and natural”way was adopted to restore the ecosystem.
