摘 要:新文科视域下普通高校体育与健康课程教学改革要有新思路。用Newell约束模型,从个体、环境、任务三方面解释普通高校体育与健康课程与大学生体质持续下降之间存在的关联。研究认为,要做好校园体育生态顶层设计,繁荣校园体育文化;以立德树人为根本任务,实现以体育人;以健康第一为课程理念,实现以体健身;坚持以学生为本的课堂育人模式,改革旧的知识本位、学科本位,发展大学生体育素养,构建以提升综合素养为目的的生态大课程观。From the perspective of new liberal arts,there should be new ideas for the teaching reform of Physical Education and Health courses in ordinary colleges and universities.The Newell constraint model is used to explain the correlation between Physical Education and Health courses and the continuous decline of the physical fitness of college students in ordinary colleges and universities from three aspects:the individual,the environment and the task.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in the top-level design of campus sports ecology to prosper campus sports culture,take"fostering virtue through education"as the fundamental task to achieve"educating people by physical education",achieve"keeping fit by sports"with the curriculum concept of"health first",and reform old knowledge-based and subject-based modes with the student-centered classroom education model,so as to develop college students'"sports literacy",and construct a general ecological curriculum view with the purpose of enhancing comprehensive literacy.
