金纳多治疗椎基底动脉缺血性卒中后眩晕的疗效评估

摘　　要：目的探讨金纳多滴剂治疗椎基底动脉缺血性卒中后眩晕症状的疗效。方法选取36例由椎基底动脉缺血性卒中引起眩晕的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组给予金纳多滴剂联合倍他司汀口服2周,对照组予以倍他司汀口服2周。比较2组患者眩晕治疗效果、治疗前后中文版眩晕障碍量表评分、治疗后眩晕发作次数和眩晕症状持续时间。结果治疗组患者使用金纳多滴剂后眩晕障碍量表总评分、功能、情感、躯体亚组评分均较治疗前明显减小,且与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后眩晕发作次数较治疗前明显减少,且与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后眩晕持续时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论金纳多滴剂对于治疗椎基底动脉缺血性卒中后眩晕患者效果确切,可有效改善患者眩晕症状、发作次数及持续时间,缩短治疗时间。Objective To evaluate the effect of ginaton for treatment of vertigo after ischemic stroke due to vertebrobasilar ischemia.Methods Thirty-six patients with vertigo after vertebrobasilar ischemic stroke were randomly assigned to the control group and the medication group.The medication group was prescribed ginaton drops for 2 weeks,meanwhile the control group was nor prescribed any medication.The effect of vertigo treatment,the score of dizziness handicap inventory before and after treatment,the number of vertigo episodes after treatment,and the duration of symptoms of vertigo were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of DHI,the scores of function,emotion and body subgroups in the medication group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences were significant compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of vertigo episodes in the medication group after treatment was significantly less than that before treatment,and the difference was significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The duration of vertigo in the medication group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginaton is effective in the treatment of vertigo patients after vertebrobasilar ischemic stroke,which can effectively improve the symptoms,frequency and duration of vertigo,and shorten the treatment time.
