摘 要:“1+X”证书制度的本质是实现书证衔接融通,“岗课赛证”的人才培养模式就是在高职院校与企业之间搭建人才培养的桥梁,“岗”与“课”是桥梁的两端,“赛”与“证”则是两座桥梁。本文探讨1+X证书制度下“岗课赛证”融合育人的人才培养模式构建,要将岗位标准、职业技能大赛、职业技能等级证书考核纲要融入课程体系,同时构建科学的“岗课赛证”教学体系和人才培养评价体系,在此基础上提出1+X证书制度下“岗课赛证”融合育人的保障要素,一是要培养“岗课赛证”融合育人的教师团队,二是要完善“岗课赛证”融合育人的教学资源,三是要构建“岗课赛证”融合育人的新生态。The essence of the“1+X”certificate system is to achieve the integration of diploma and vocational qualification certificates.The talent cultivation mode of“position-course-competition-certificate”is to build a bridge between vocational colleges and enterprises.“Position”and“course”are the two ends of the bridge,while“competi⁃tion”and“certificate”are the backbones of the bridge.The paper explores the construction of a talent cultivation mode that integrates“position-course-competition-certificate”under the 1+X certificate system.It is necessary to integrate job standards,vocational skill competitions,and vocational skill level certificate assessment outline into the curriculum system,while also to construct a scientific teaching system of“position-course-competition-certificate”and a talent cultivation evaluation system.On this basis,this article proposes the guarantee elements for the integrated education of“position-course-competition-certificate”under the 1+X certificate system:firstly,cultivating teacher teams;sec⁃ondly,improving the teaching resources;thirdly,building a new ecosystem.
