摘 要:高校思政课教师自我效能感的基本内涵是思政课教师对自身有效完成教学活动、实现教学目标的能力评估和信心感知。教师的自我效能感不仅对学生自我效能感的建立有着直接的影响,还影响教师教学方式的改善和创新。思政课程是当代大学生思政教学的主阵地,信息时代的飞速发展使得互联网与思政课之间的联系更加紧密,加速了“互联网+思政课程”这一新模式的应用。新模式的发展面临着众多新的挑战,提高教师自我效能感能够更好地解决新模式在贯彻落实中出现的难题,进一步提升学生思想道德修养和学科教学质量。The basic connotation of self-efficacy of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities is the assessment and confidence of teachers on their ability to effectively complete teaching activities and achieve teaching goals.Teachers’self-efficacy not only has a direct impact on the establishment of students’self-efficacy,but also affects the improvement and innovation of teachers’teaching methods.Ideological and political courses are the main focus of ideological and political teaching for contemporary college students.The rapid development of the information age has made the connection between the Internet and ideological and political courses closer,accelerating the application of the new model of“Internet+Ideological and Political Courses”.The development of the new model faces many new challenges.Improving teachers’self-efficacy can better solve the problems that arise in the implementation of the new model and further improve students’ideological and moral cultivation and subject teaching quality.
