摘 要:为开创中国石化销售股份有限公司教育培训工作新局面,打造高效优质人才供应链,构建“大培训”体系,克服过去体系建设耗时费力、难以及时更新的弊端,采取敏捷开发创新模式,以零售、非油、直分销等关键岗位进行课程体系、学习地图建设。同时基于敏捷开发结果,采取做测评、找缺口、定方案进行“三招校准”,形成一系列关键岗位培训方案,发挥培训“一张网”的作用,推动资源整合,助力项目落地,创新办学特色,做实人才支撑。To create a new situation for the education and training work of SINOPEC Sales Co.,Ltd.,build an efficient and high-quality talent supply chain,and construct a“large training”system,an innovative agile development model is adopted to overcome the time-consuming and laborious drawbacks of past system construction and difficulties in timely updates.The agile development model is used for building course systems and learning maps for key positions such as retail,non-oil,and direct sales.Based on the agile development results,a series of key position training programs are formed through“three calibrations”(assessment,gap identification,and plan determination),playing the role of a“one network”training system,promoting resource integration,assisting project implementation,innovating school-running characteristics,and solidifying talent support.
