摘  要:本文目的是为汽车罐车侧翻安全预警和事故还原提供参考依据。提出了两种考虑液体晃动影响的汽车罐车侧翻临界值的计算方法。一种为角阶跃仿真法,将液体晃动简化为二维液体晃动,采用液体重心位置的变化等效液体晃动对汽车罐车侧翻的影响,解析法和多体动力学仿真法相结合进行求解;另一种为协同仿真法,通过ADAMS CAR、SIMULINK与FLUENT的协同仿真对汽车罐车侧翻进行研究,克服了传统仿真方法未考虑侧翻过程中汽车罐车运动和液体晃动之间相互耦合的影响,更加真实地模拟了汽车罐车的侧翻过程,更加准确地计算了汽车罐车侧翻的临界值。The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for safety warning and accident recovery of tank truck rollover.In this paper,two methods are presented to solve the critical lateral acceleration of tank truck rollover considering liquid sloshing.One method is step steer simulation method.The liquid sloshing is simplified to two-dimensional liquid sloshing.The change of liquid center of gravity is used to be equivalent to the effect of liquid sloshing on tank truck rollover.The critical lateral acceleration of tank truck considering liquid sloshing is studied by combining analytical method and multi-body dynamics simulation method.The other method is collaborative simulation method.The rollover of tank truck is studied through the collaborative simulation of ADAMS CAR,SIMULINK and FLUENT.This method overcomes the traditional simulation method which does not consider the coupling effect between tank truck movement and liquid sloshing in the rollover process,simulates the rollover process of tank truck more truly,and calculates the critical value of tank truck rollover more accurately.
