摘 要:目的:分析改良颌下腺摘除术治疗颌下腺非肿瘤病变的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月黔西南布依族苗族自治州人民医院收治的颌下腺非肿瘤病变患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组实施传统颌下腺切除术,观察组实施改良颌下腺摘除术。比较两组治疗效果、术中指标、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003);观察组手术时间、切口长度短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。结论:应用改良颌下腺摘除术治疗颌下腺非肿瘤病变可提高临床效果,缩短手术时间,减少术中损伤,还可降低术后并发症发生风险。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of modified submandibular gland extraction in treating non-tumorous lesions of submandibular gland.Methods:Seventy patients with non-tumorous lesions of submandibular gland admitted to Qiansouthwest Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with thirty-five cases.The control group implemented traditional submandibular gland excision,and the observation group implemented modified submandibular gland extraction.Compare the treatment effect,intraoperative indexes,and the occurrence of complications between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003);the operation time and incision length of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).Conclusion:The application of modified submandibular gland extraction for the treatment of non-tumorous lesions of submandibular gland can improve the clinical outcome,shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative injuries,and also reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
