摘  要:实施面向飞行员核心胜任力的训练改革是民航改革方向。本文采用Kolb学习风格模型,针对起飞速度小于Vmca时发动机失效科目涉及的主要核心胜任力及可观察行为,编制飞行学员学习风格调查问卷表和核心胜任力评分表,对飞行学员和飞行教员进行调查。根据调查数据,首先研究飞行学员学习风格类型的分布情况,然后选择学习风格中的加工维度得分分别与起飞速度小于Vmca时发动机失效的主要核心胜任力及可观察行为进行相关性分析,最后得到加工维度不同倾向与核心胜任力及可观察行为的相关关系。根据研究结果,对飞行教学提出因材施教的改革措施。It is a new reform trend of civil aviation to assess and further implement training of the pilots'core competency.By adopting the Kolb Learning Style Model,the study develops a learning style questionnaire and a student core competency rating form,supplemented by structured interviews with in-structors.Based on the data obtained from the investigation,this study first explores the distribution of learning style types among junior flight training students.Subsequently,correlations are analyzed between the scores in the"processing"dimension and the observable behaviors of core competency involved in the engine failure training subject when the take-off speed is less than Vmca,ultimately revealing the respec-tive relationships between the different tendencies of"processing"dimensions and observable behaviors of core competency.According to the results of this study,the reform measures of flight teaching based on the personality traits are put forward.
