摘　　要：目的:观察0.05%环孢素滴眼液(Ⅱ)联合疏肝润目方雾化治疗干眼的临床疗效。方法:选取2023年9月—2024年2月于南京中医药大学太仓附属医院就诊的干眼患者72例为研究对象,采用随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组使用0.05%环孢素滴眼液(Ⅱ)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用疏肝润目方雾化治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、SchirmerⅠ试验(SIT)和角膜荧光素钠染色检查(FLT)结果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022);治疗后,两组眼干、畏光、异物感、灼烧感评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组BUT、SIT升高,FLT降低,观察组BUT和SIT高于对照组,FLT低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:0.05%环孢素滴眼液(Ⅱ)联合疏肝润目方雾化治疗干眼的效果较好,能改善患者眼睛干涩、异物感等症状,改善BUT、SIT、FLT。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of 0.05%cyclosporin eye drops(Ⅱ)combined with Shugan Runmu Fang atomization in the treatment of dry eyes.Methods:A total of seventy-two dry eye patients treated in Taicang Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from September 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,with thirty-six cases in each group.The control group was treated with 0.05%cyclosporin eye drops(Ⅱ),and the observation group was treated with Shugan Runmu Fang atomization on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,results of tear film rupture time(BUT),SchirmerⅠtest(SIT)and corneal fluorescein sodium staining(FLT)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022);after treatment,the scores of dry eye,photophobia,foreign body sensation and burning sensation were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,BUT and SIT increased and FLT decreased in both groups,BUT and SIT in observation group were higher than control group,FLT was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of 0.05%cyclosporin eye drops(Ⅱ)combined with Shugan Runmu Fang atomization is better in the treatment of dry eyes,which can improve the symptoms of dry eyes,foreign body sensation,BUT,SIT and FLT.
