语言治疗师指导下家庭康复训练对语言发育迟缓患儿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨在语言治疗师指导下的家庭康复对语言发育迟缓患儿的治疗效果。方法:选取50例语言发育迟缓患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各25例。对照组为日常家庭环境下的常规带养方式,观察组在对照组基础上给予语言治疗师指导下的家庭康复训练。治疗3个月后采用S-S法(简称CRRC版)评估患儿临床疗效;治疗前后采用Gesell婴幼儿发育量表评估患儿发育水平。结果:观察组语言发育迟缓的患儿有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后2组患儿大运动、精细运动、语言、适应性、个人-社交评分均有提高,且观察组患儿高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:语言治疗师指导下的家庭康复有利于语言发育迟缓儿童的康复,是目前家庭干预的主要方法。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of family rehabilitation under the guidance of speech therapist for children with speech retardation.Methods:Fifty cases of children with language retardation were selected as the study subjects and divided into the opservation group and the control group with 25 cases in cach group using the random number method.The control group was brought up in a routine way in a daily home environment,and the observation group was given family rehabilitation training under the guidance of a speech therapist on the basis of the control group.The S-S method(referred to as the CRRC version)was used to assess clinical effect of children after 3 months of treatment.The Gesell Infant and Toddler Revelopment Scale was used to assess developmental level of children before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate of children with language development delay in the intervention group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups of children showed improvement in gross motor,fine motor,language,adaptive,and personal-social aspects after the intervention,and the children in the intervention group made greater progress than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family rehabilitation under the guidance of speech therapists is beneficial to the rehabilitation of children with language development delays and is currently the main method of family intervention.
