摘 要:随着对康复辅具的需求日益增加,为调查辅具使用者对辅具的满意度,对上海地区相关人员进行问卷调查。采用云模型、有序Logistic回归模型和决策树模型分析辅具使用者满意度现状及其影响因素。研究发现:辅具使用者的整体满意度一般;云滴图说明辅具使用者对于满意度的评价呈现非均衡的分布情况;有序Logistic回归模型显示年龄、完成特定活动是否困难、家庭月收入是辅具使用满意度的显著影响因素;在进行IV特征评估后的决策树模型同样呈现出相同的影响因素。With the increasing demand for assistive products,in order to investigate the satisfaction with the use of assistive products,a questionnaire survey is conducted on the relevant people in the Shanghai area,the cloud model,ordered Logistic regression and decision tree are used to build satisfaction model and analyze the current situation of the satisfaction with the use of assistive products and its influencing factors.The results show that overall satisfaction of assistive products is average;the clouddrop diagram illustrates the unbalanced distribution of satisfaction among users of assistive products.The Logistic regression model shows that age,difficulty in completing specific activities,and monthly household income are significant influences on satisfaction with the use of assistive products;the decision tree model after information value also shows the same influences.
