高职与本科分段培养的高层次技术技能人才缓就业因素分析与对策研究——以成都航空职业技术学院为例

摘  要:随着科技和产业的快速发展,高职院校与企业的产学研合作不断深化,越来越多的企业对高层次技术技能人才的需求和重视程度也在不断提高,然而高职与本科分段培养的学生缓就业人数逐年递增,通过调研发现,缓就业现象的产生不仅与学生个人因素有关,更与学校的教育管理模式、企业用人需求以及社会就业环境等多方面密切相关。针对这些问题,学校可通过加强学生心理辅导与职业规划、优化学校培养管理体系、提升家长认知促进家校合作、对接企业需求加强校企合作、关注形势变化强化政策解读能力等方面来提高毕业生的就业竞争力和职业发展能力。With the rapid development of science and technology and industry,the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises in the field of production,learning and research has been deepening,and more and more enterprises are increasing their demand for and attention to highly skilled talents.However,the number of students in probationary employment in this program is increasing year by year.Through research,it is found that the phenomenon of deferred employment is not only related to students'factors but also closely related to the education and management mode of schools,the needs of enterprises and the social employment environment.To address these problems,schools can improve graduates’competitiveness in employment and career development by strengthening students’psychological counseling and career planning,optimizing the school’s cultivation and management system,raising parents'awareness and promoting home-school cooperation,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation in response to the needs of enterprises,and paying attention to changes in the situation and strengthening the ability to interpret policies.
