摘 要:为了解决在织造大幅宽三维平板织物时,织机难以连续卷取织造的问题,研究设计了一种大幅宽三维平板织物织机的卷取机构。大幅宽卷取机构由织物夹持、循环卷取、织物切割三大机构组成。首先介绍了卷取机构的工作原理与各主要机构功能,其次对织物夹持机构进行了受力分析并对压紧螺栓强度进行校核。实际应用中,该卷取机构能满足大幅宽织物连续卷取织造的要求,极大提高了织物的生产效率。To address the issue of difficulties in continuous rolling during weaving of large-scale wide three-dimensional flat fabrics,a winding mechanism has been designed for a three-dimensional large-scale flat fabric weaving machine.The large-scale winding mechanism is composed of three main mechanisms:fabric clamping,cyclic winding,and fabric cutting.Firstly,the working principle and main functions of the winding mechanism are introduced in detail,followed by stress analysis of the fabric clamping mechanism and verification of the strength of the pressing bolt.In practical applications,this winding mechanism can meet the requirement of continuous weaving of large-scale wide fabrics,greatly improving production efficiency.
