摘　　要：本研究旨在探索和评估植物提取的精神活性物质在治疗各种精神疾病中的潜力和应用。通过综合分析现有文献和研究,对四氢大麻酚(THC)、可待因(Codeine)、大麻醇(CBN)等植物提取精神活性物质在治疗抑郁症、焦虑症、精神分裂症和双相情感障碍等精神问题的效果进行了深入探讨。研究强调了跨学科研究在此领域的重要性,包括生物学、化学、医学和心理学的综合应用,以及合理使用这些物质的法律和伦理重要性,并强调建立有效的法律和监管框架的必要性。本研究为精神健康领域的临床实践和政策制定提供了重要的参考,为未来的研究和实践提出了展望。This study aims to explore and evaluate the potential and application of plant-extracted psychoactive substances in the treatment of various mental illnesses.Through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature and research,the effects of plant-extracted psychoactive substances such as Tetrahydrocannabinol(THC),Codeine,and Cannabinol(CBN)on treating mental disorders like depression,anxiety,schizophrenia,and bipolar disorder are deeply examined.The study emphasizes the importance of interdisciplinary research in this field,integrating biology,chemistry,medicine,and psychology.It discusses the legal and ethical significance of the responsible use of these substances and underscores the necessity of establishing effective legal and regulatory frameworks.This research provides critical references for clinical practice and policy-making in the field of mental health and proposes prospects for future research and practice.
