摘　　要：报告1例头皮冬眠瘤。患者男,31岁。因头皮肿块2余年就诊。皮肤科检查:左颞枕部皮下可触及一4 cm×1 cm肤色包块,表面光滑,质软,活动度一般,无压痛。皮损组织病理检查:肿瘤细胞呈多边形,核多居中,胞质丰富呈空泡状,嗜酸性颗粒散在分布。诊断:冬眠瘤(棕色脂肪瘤)。局麻后予左颞枕部皮下包块切除术治疗。A case of scalp hibernoma is reported.A 31-year-old male presented with a scalp mass for more than 2 years.Dermatological examination showed a skin colored,soft,palpable mass with smooth surface,measuring 4 cmxl cm in size,in the left temporo-occipital region.The mass was easily movable,and painless.Histopathological examination showed that the tumor cells had multivacuolated,eosinophilic granular cytoplasm and small central nuclei.A diagnosis of hibernoma(brown lipo-ma)was made.The tumor was excised after local anesthesia.
