摘　　要：实践意愿培育是思政课教学的重要目标,它是教育向生活世界回归的根本要求,是落实以人为本理念的重要途径,也是思政课教育的基本内核。实践意愿具有时代性、自主性、目的性等特点,分析其特点,研究其规律是提高思政课教学实效性的关键。基于此,从实践意愿角度出发,抓住思政课教学的着力点,做好学情分析、把握问题导向、树立科学信仰、优化考评机制等,可以充分激发和培育学生的实践意愿。The cultivation of practical willingness is an important goal of ideological and political teaching.It is the fundamental requirement for education to return to the life world,an important way to implement the people-oriented concept,and the basic core of ideological and political education.The practical willingness has the characteristics of the times,autonomy and purpose.Analyzing its characteristics and studying its laws are the key to improving the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching.From the perspective of practical willingness,it is necessary to grasp the focus of ideological and political teaching,do a good job in the analysis of learning situation,grasp the problem orientation,set up scientific beliefs,optimize the evaluation mechanism and so on,so as to fully stimulate and cultivate students’practical willingness.
