摘 要:为满足建筑业数字化转型发展的人才需求,改革传统工程管理人才培养模式成为高校的当务之急。通过访谈和问卷调查,分析了建筑业数字化转型升级下行业对工程管理人才的需求和岗位能力要求,并对标行业需求剖析了当前高校工程管理人才培养的不足。在此基础上,结合工程管理专业学科性质和特点,以及上海杉达学院工程管理专业人才培养改革实践,构建“数字+”核心能力的人才培养新模式,进一步提出“数字+”核心能力培养的课程体系优化、数字化融合的实践教学改革、产教融合的职业能力教育、贯穿全过程的人才品质塑造等主要实现路径,以期为新形势下高校工程管理人才培养提供参考。In order to meet the talent needs of the digital transformation and development of the construction industry,reforming the traditional engineering management talent training mode has become an urgent task for universities.Through interviews and questionnaires,this paper analyzed the industry needs and professional competency requirements of engineering management talents under the digital transformation and upgrading of construction industry.We proposed the shortcomings of the current training of engineering management talents in colleges and universities.According to the characteristics of engineering management discipline and the reform practice of engineering management professional talents training of Shanghai Sanda College,a new model of talents training with"digital plus core competence"is constructed.The optimization of curriculum system for cultivating"digital plus core competence",the practical teaching reform of digital integration,the integration of professional education with industry,and the quality formation of talents in the whole process are explored,which can provide references for engineering management talents training in colleges and universities in the new era.
