摘  要:新时代深入推进伦理教育,离不开对其基本特征的把握.在具体推进过程中,伦理教育的四维特质日益凸显.在战略定位上突出以德治国,长期坚持将伦理教育作为一项基本国策纳入国家发展战略.在核心内容上强调三级联动,明大德、守公德、严私德辩证互动.在推进方法上,道德实践创新与道德理论创新齐抓共管,线上伦理教育与线下伦理教育同频共振,对广大群众舆论引导与对重点群体教育引导同轴共转等多措并举,提升人民思想觉悟和道德水准,提高社会文明程度.在社会氛围上彰显崇德向善,为伦理教育营造积极向上的社会风尚,塑造树新风、扬正气的良好社会生态和政治生态.The in-depth promotion of ethics education in the new era is inseparable from the grasp of its basic characteristics.The four-dimensional characteristics of ethics education have become increasingly prominent.In terms of strategic positioning,we should highlight the rule of virtue and adhere to the ethics education as a basic national policy into the long-term national development strategy.In terms of core content,we should emphasize the three-level interaction,the dialectical interaction of greater good,public morality and person integrity.In terms of promoting methods,we should adhere to the joint management in innovation of moral practice and moral theory,and online ethics education and offline ethics education resonate at the same frequency.Meanwhile,we should take multiple measures for guiding public opinions and educating key human groups simultaneously for improving the people’s ideological consciousness and moral standards and improving the degree of social civilization.In terms of social atmosphere,we should highlight the worship of morality and goodness,create a positive social environment for ethics education,and construct a good social and political ecology.
