富血小板纤维蛋白用于上颌窦内提升术同期种植修复的效果探究

摘　　要：目的:探讨富血小板纤维蛋白(Platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)用于上颌窦内提升术(Osteotome sinus floor elevation,OSFE)同期种植修复效果。方法:选取2019年8月-2021年8月笔者医院收治的80例行上颌窦内提升术并同期种植修复的患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各40例,对照组植入人工骨粉,实验组在对照组的基础上植入PRF。比较两组患者术后视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scales,VAS)评分、肿胀程度、骨密度、稳定系数(Implant stability quotient,ISQ)。结果:两组术后1、2、3 d VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组术后2、3 d肿胀程度均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后3个月的骨密度低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后6、12个月ISQ均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PRF用于OSFE同期种植修复,可以降低肿胀程度,促进新骨形成,提高种植体稳定性。Objective To explore the effect of platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)in osteotome sinus floor elevation(OSFE)and simultaneous implantation.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing OSFE in the hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and experimental group between August 2019 and August 2021,40 cases in each group.The control group was given artificial bone powder implantation,while experimental group was additionally given PRF implantation.The score of visual analogue scale(VAS),swelling degree,bone mineral density and implant stability quotient(ISQ)were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 d,2 d and 3 d after surgery,difference in VAS scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At 2 d and 3 d after surgery,swelling degree was milder in experimental group than control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery,bone mineral density was lower in experimental group than control group(P<0.05).At 6 and 12 months after surgery,ISQ was higher in experimental group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PRF in OSFE and simultaneous implantation can relieve swelling,promote new bone formation and improve implant stability.
