摘　　要：目的:探讨颗粒脂肪联合纳米脂肪移植治疗重睑术后上睑凹陷的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年7月-2022年2月笔者科室应用颗粒脂肪联合纳米脂肪移植治疗重睑术后上睑凹陷的13例患者(20只眼)。抽取脂肪后,处理成颗粒脂肪和纳米脂肪。每只眼注射颗粒脂肪1.2~2.0 ml,纳米脂肪0.2~0.8 ml。结果:随访6~12个月,17只眼疗效良好;2只眼矫正不足,3个月后再次移植颗粒脂肪和纳米脂肪;1只眼眼尾分叉,6个月后行切开重睑修复,再次治疗后疗效均较好。结论:颗粒脂肪联合纳米脂肪移植治疗重睑术后上睑凹陷疗效好、创伤小、恢复快。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of pellet fat and nanofat transplantation in the correction of upper eyelid depression after double eyelidplasty.Methods From July 2018 to February 2022,13 patients(20 eyes)in the author's department who treated upper eyelid depression after double eyelid surgery with granulated fat combined with nano-fat transplantation were selected.Pellet fat and nanofat were treated after the fat obtainded.Every eye was grafted 1.2-2.0 ml pellet fat and 0.2-0.8 ml nanofat.Results All the patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months.17 eyes were satisfied,2 eyes were injected pellet fat and nanofat after 3 months due to undercorrection,1 eye was repaired by incision after 6 months due to the eye tail bifurcate.The results were all satisfactory after the retreatment.Conclusion Pellet fat and nanofat transplantation in the correction of upper eyelid depression after double eyelidplasty has form satisfaction,small trauma and quick recovery.
