纳米复合树脂和光固化复合树脂材料在前牙缺损修复中的美学效果及咀嚼功能对比

摘　　要：目的:对比分析纳米复合树脂和光固化复合树脂材料用于前牙美容修复中的应用价值及对修复效果、咀嚼功能的影响。方法:选取2020年2月-2022年2月于笔者医院接受前牙美容修复治疗的80例患者(共186颗患牙)为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将入组患者分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予光固化复合树脂修复,观察组给予纳米复合树脂材料修复,观察两组前牙修复的优良率,对比治疗前后牙周指标及咀嚼功能的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组前牙修复总优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数、牙松动程度、咬合力、咀嚼效率均得到较大改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:纳米复合树脂和光固化复合树脂材料在前牙美容修复中均可发挥较好的临床效果,但前者优势更大,修复效果较光固化树脂更佳,不仅能改善牙龈健康状况,还能促进咀嚼功能提升,对于术后尽快恢复也具有积极意义。Objective The aim of this study was to comparatively analyze the cosmetic repair effects of nano-composite resin and light-cured composite resin on anterior teeth,and the influence on masticatory function.Methods A total of 80 patients(186 affected teeth in total)who underwent cosmetic repair of anterior teeth in the hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected,and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with light-cured composite resin,and those in the observation group were treated with nano-composite resin.The excellent and good rates of anterior teeth repair in the two groups were observed.The periodontal indexes and masticatory function were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total excellent and good rate of anterior teeth repair in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,gingival index,sulcus bleeding index,plaque index,tooth loosening,bite force and masticatory efficiency were significantly improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement was better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both nano-composite resin and light-cured composite resin can achieve good effects in cosmetic repair of anterior teeth.However,the former has more advantages.It can not only improve gingival health,but also promote the improvement of masticatory function,with higher safety.
