冷光美白联合渗透树脂对氟斑牙的美白效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究微研磨联合冷光美白仪及渗透树脂治疗氟斑牙的美白效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月笔者医院诊治的84例氟斑牙患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(42例)和对照组(42例)。对照组采用微研磨联合冷光美白仪治疗,研究组采用微研磨联合冷光美白仪及渗透树脂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、色斑改善程度、牙齿敏感度、疼痛感及患者满意度。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组色斑评分均降低,且研究组色斑评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组牙齿敏感度和疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微研磨联合冷光美白仪及渗透树脂治疗氟斑牙具有较好美学效果,可有效改善牙齿美观度,减少牙齿敏感和疼痛感,提升患者满意度。Objective To explore the whitening effect of micro-grinding combined with cold light whitening instrument and penetrating resin in the treatment of dentalfluorosis.Methods 84 patients with dentalfluorosis who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were divided into study group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases)according to random number table.The control group patients were treated with micro-grinding combined with cold light whitening instrument,and the study group was treated with micro-grinding combined with cold light whitening instrument and osmotic resin.The clinical effcacy,improvement degree of stain,tooth sensitivity,pain and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the stain score of both groups decreased,and the stain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The tooth sensitivity and VAS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-grinding combined with cold light whitening instrument and penetrating resin has a good aesthetic effect in the treatment of dentalfluorosis,which can effectively improve tooth aesthetics,reduce tooth sensitivity and pain,and improve patient satisfaction.
