牙颌面畸形儿童口腔健康、美观程度及正畸治疗需要特征分析和其对自尊的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究牙颌面畸形儿童口腔健康、美观程度及正畸治疗需要特征及对自尊的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2023年1月笔者医院收治的120例牙颌面畸形儿童,收集其临床资料,对其口腔健康、美观程度、正畸治疗需要特征进行分析,并探究各指标对于患者自尊的影响。结果:120例不同口腔健康严重程度的患儿间比较,自尊水平具有差异,自尊水平:轻度>中度>重度(P<0.05);不同美观程度的患儿间比较,自尊水平具有差异,自尊水平:轻度>中度>重度(P<0.05);对患儿的正畸治疗需要特征进行分析,可知不同牙接触点借位、深覆盖、前牙反[牙合]、开[牙合]间患儿的自尊水平存在差异(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,美观程度、牙接触点错位、深覆盖、前牙反[牙合]、开[牙合]均会对患儿的自尊产生影响(P<0.05)。结论:牙颌面畸形儿童口腔健康的严重程度以及美观程度的不同均与儿童的自尊水平有关,轻度畸形的儿童自尊水平明显高于中度和重度畸形的儿童。此外,不同的口腔问题,如牙接触点错位、深覆盖、前牙反[牙合]、开[牙合]也对自尊水平存在显著影响。Objective To explore the characteristics of oral health,aesthetics and orthodontic treatment needs of children with dental-maxillofacial deformities and the infl uence on self-esteem.Methods A total of 120 children with dental-maxillofacial deformities admitted to the author's hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected to collect their clinical data,and their oral health,aesthetic degree and orthodontic treatment needs were analyzed,and the infl uence of each indicator on the self-esteem of patients was explored.Results There were differences in self-esteem level among 120 children with different severity of oral health(mild>moderate>severe)(P<0.05).The level of self-esteem of children with different aesthetic degree and severity was different,and the level of self-esteem was mild>moderate>severe(P<0.05).By analyzing the characteristics of orthodontic treatment needs of the children,it was found that there were differences in self-esteem among different contact point borrowing,deep coverage,anterior inverse jaw,open jaw and caries in the children(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that aesthetic degree,dislocation of tooth contact point,deep coverage,anterior tooth inverse jaw and open jaw all had effects on the self-esteem of children(P<0.05).Conclusion The oral health,aesthetics and orthodontic treatment needs of children with dental-maxillofacial deformities are closely related to their self-esteem.The severity of oral health and aesthetics are related to the self-esteem of children with mild deformities.The self-esteem of children with mild deformities is significantly higher than that of children with moderate and severe deformities.In addition,different oral problems,such as tooth contact dislocation,deep coverage,anterior teeth inverse jaw,open jaw also had a significant impact on self-esteem levels.
