摘　　要：作为高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分,高校教师思想政治工作关乎党对高校教育工作的全面领导,关系高等教育事业发展的正确方向,关乎立德树人根本任务的落实,关乎高质量高校教师队伍的建设。近年来高校教师思想政治工作虽然得到了快速发展,但工作机制仍有待健全、工作内容有待提升、工作方式有待改善、教师自身意识与能力有待提升,需要在系统思维视域下多元工作主体协同联动,深化工作内容夯实基础,创新工作方式增强实效,激发内生动力赋能发展。The ideological and political work of university teachers is an important component of university ideological and political work,which is related to the comprehensive leadership of the Party over university edu-cation work,the correct direction of higher education development,the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and morality,and the construction of a high-quality university teacher team.The mechan-ism of ideological and political work for university teachers,the work content,work methods and the awareness and ability of teachers themselves need to be improved and enhanced.Otherwise,these factors would hinder the development of ideological and political work for university teachers.In order to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work in universities in the new era,it is necessary to collaborate with multiple work sub-jects,deepen work content,innovate work methods to enhance effectiveness,promote self-improvement,and stimulate endogenous motivation to empower development.
