摘 要:目的 探讨大学生心理压力与问题性社交媒体使用的关系,以及抑郁在两者间的中介作用。方法 于2022年10—11月,采用中文版知觉压力量表、抑郁自评量表、问题性移动社交媒体使用评估问卷对376名大学生进行调查,分析各变量之间的关系,检验抑郁的中介效应。结果 知觉压力量表总分为(38.30±7.097)分。心理压力、问题性社交媒体使用程度、抑郁水平3个变量之间均呈现显著正相关关系(均P<0.01),心理压力对问题性社交媒体使用有直接正向预测作用(β=0.385,P<0.05)。抑郁在心理压力与问题性社交媒体使用之间的中介效应显著,间接效应为0.095,占总效应的24.68%,Bootstrap95%CI为0.007~0.182。结论 被调查群体存在较高的心理压力。抑郁作为中介变量影响心理压力与问题性社交媒体使用的关系。因此,对抑郁情绪和心理压力实施干预,能有效改善大学生问题性社交媒体使用状况。Objective To explore the relations between psychological stress and problematic social media use among university students,and investigate the mediating role of depression between them.Methods From October to November 2022,376 university students were surveyed by using Chinese version of perceptual stress scale(CPSS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and problematic social media use scale.The relations among various variables were analyzed and the mediating effect of depression was investigated.Results The total score of CPSS was 38.30±7.097.There were significantly positive correlations among psychological stress,degree of problematic social media use,and the level of depression(all P<0.01).Psychological stress had a directly positive predictive effect on problematic social media use(β=0.385,P<0.05).The mediating effect of depression between psychological stress and problematic social media use was significant(indirect effect 0.095,accounting for 24.68%of the total effect,Bootstrap 95%CI 0.007-0.182).Conclusion The surveyed group has a high level of psychological stress.Depression as a mediating variable affects the relationship between psychological stress and problematic social media use.The results suggest that intervening depression and psychological stress can reduce the use of problematic social media among university students.
