摘 要:实践操作教学是护理学高等教育重要的组成部分,教学目的是培养学生掌握必备的护理操作技能。在教学方法和教学模式方面,常规的教学方法难以有效调动起学生学习的积极性,加之教学环境单一,因此在一定程度上影响了教学质量。针对以上问题,将点评教学法和工作坊教学理念融入护理实践的教学工作中,具体教学环节包括以案例为主导、根据教学内容布置工作坊环境、通过点评教学法开展教学等。通过以上环节的有机组合,转变学生被动学习的角色,提高学习兴趣。以此,为学生掌握护理操作技能,打下良好的基础。Practical operation teaching is an important component of higher education in nursing,with the aim of cultivating students'essential nursing operation skills.In terms of teaching methods and modes,conventional teaching methods are difficult to effectively stimulate students'learning enthusiasm,and the teaching environment is single,which to some extent affects the quality of teaching.In response to the above issues,the comment teaching method and workshop teaching concept will be integrated into the teaching work of nursing practice.The specific teaching links include case based teaching,arranging the workshop environment according to the teaching content,and conducting teaching through the comment teaching method.Through the organic combination of the above links,transform students'passive learning roles and enhance their interest in learning.This will lay a solid foundation for students to master nursing operational skills.
